Acting for civil action that is instituted by the party for the property relationship and personal relation among citizens, artificial persons and other organizations;

2. Accepting the consignment of the victim and his legal representative or close relative, the party with civil action and his legal representative, private prosecutor of private prosecution cases and his legal representative to act as law agent;

3. Accepting the consignment of the party of criminal case and his legal representative or close relative to act as agent for appealing case;

4. Accepting the consignment of person of nonpros, his legal representative and his close relative to appeal for him;
